Debbie Walker

Debbie Walker is the National Sales Manager of NWBO. She is based out of the Fort Worth, TX office and has been employed with NWBO for over 5 years. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University. She invested over 8 years teaching school before starting her entrepreneurial career in 1995, specializing in personal development, sales skills and techniques, and developing Independent Business Owners in their own successful business. Debbie is a popular and sought after public speaker at business development and motivational seminars across the country. A native of Archer City, TX, Debbie now resides in Fort Worth. She has two grown children and one grandson.

Steve Dial

Steve Dial has quite a lot of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, having been in the industry for over 4 years. He attained his Masters Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station.

He started his storied career in the meat industry, working with several nationally known companies with a majority of his time in the area of Quality Assurance. He also maintained the documentation and files of all the industries regulatory agencies.

Steve has been married to his wife Mary Jo for 42 years, with whom he has had 3 sons, Ryan, Matt and Justin. He also has a new granddaughter from just this earlier year. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family and friends, and he is also an avid sports fan.

His goal in the mortgage industry is to secure you a loan that makes you as happy as your new home.

Paul Duane

Paul Duane graduated from Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth, TX in 2001. He then attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a B.S. in Marketing in 2005. He immediately joined his father in the mortgage business and has been originating loans ever since. He is highly specialized and experienced when dealing with first time homebuyers, helping many people achieve their dreams of owning a home. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, seeing live music, and attending sporting events.

Michael Pate

Michael Pate was raised in Aledo, TX, which is a small town just west of Fort Worth in Parker County. After high school Michael attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, graduating with a degree in Advertising.

From college Michael went to work for Homecomings Financial and GMAC Residential Capital in the fields of Mortgage Loan Servicing. It is here that he was taught everything he knows about home loans, becoming qualified in all areas and aspects of mortgage lending, including foreclosures and even loan counseling. After 3 years in the trenches he became part of the PrimeSource Mortgage team as home loan originator and loan officer.

He is qualified to facilitate a wide variety of loans, including conventional, the ever popular FHA, and even such things as construction and 203k loans. He has been invited to speak in front of the Fort Worth chapter of the Independent Real Estate Owners Council, and he even created his own home loan and mortgage blog, DfwMortgageGuide.com, in which he frequently advises people on the state of the mortgage market, as well as the most current news in regard to home and personal finance. He is truly an expert in the mortgage world.

Bob Duane

Bob Duane is the President and principle of the PrimeSource Mortgage in Grapevine, TX. He is also the CEO of NWBO Inc. Bob served 23 years in the food service distribution industry. Starting part time when he was in college, working his way up from a sales rep to the youngest Division President in the company’s history. He served in many corporate positions in his career, and was part of the management team that did a leverage buyout in 1988. He was serving as VP of Sales and Marketing when White Swan merged with Unifax to become US Foodservice. Shortly after the merger he was promoted to Division President of US Foodservice Dallas TX.

Bob’s entrepreneurial calling was so strong that he left US Foodservice in August of 1999. He was an investor in PrimeSource, and his interest went from passive to passionate. Bob and his wife Norma have worked together in developing the business for many years. They have also been successful in building teams and businesses for over 25 years.

Bob attended Oklahoma State University and also is a graduate of The Graduate School of Sales and Marketing from Syracuse University. He loves to travel and go fishing. He has 4 sons, 2 of which work in the family business.

Norma Duane

Norma Duane is part owner of PrimeSource Mortgage and performs the administrative duties of the company. She concentrates her efforts on the growing Reverse Mortgage side of the industry.

Graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Administration, she has previously been employed in the oil and gas industry as a Programmer/Systems Analyst. During this time period she married Bob Duane. She was instrumental in assisting her husband in his food service career and went on to develop various businesses with him.

Norma’s other interests are her church choir, traveling, reading and working with the Grapevine Chamber Ladies Division.

Norma and her husband Bob have 4 sons. Their two oldest work full time at PrimeSource Mortgage.

Cary Hise

Cary Hise is the Co-founder of NWBO, Inc. His duties at NWBO include new product development, sales and marketing for the entire company. Cary led the effort to purchase the idea and website, which later became NWBO.com, as well as all of the design elements of NWBO’s website design and launch. He is also the creator of eNfo-Delivered technologies, which is advanced lead-generation software that helps realtors to expand their business through the internet and computers. This software is also crucial in assisting realtors with their time management and business as a whole. Having created this software, Cary also facilitated its entire product line and launch.

Cary is also an expert in the REO (Real Estate Owned) field, having facilitated over 150 closing just last year alone. He has also overseen approximately 900 BPO’s (Broker Priced Opinions) throughout the past several years as well. Because of this, Cary has become an expert when dealing with foreclosures, and has developed strong and lasting relationships with many major local and national banks. Cary says “information is not worthwhile unless it connects people together to build relationships.” It is by this method that he runs his business.

Cary has his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology with a minor in Geophysics from Texas Tech University.

David Behrmann

David Behrmann has had a corporate career with various managerial positions in finance, planning and marketing in the transportation and logistics industries before joining PrimeSource Mortgage in 2009. David works primarily with seniors age 62 and older to enable qualified homeowners to access part of the equity in their home through reverse mortgages. Educationally he has an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Ithaca College with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing. He has been living in Grapevine, Texas for the past 16 years with his wife Linda and daughter Lauren, who is a freshman at Clemson University.

Bruce Parris

Bruce Parris is a husband, father and grandfather of seven. He is also a United States Air Force Veteran, as well as a senior citizen. He has worked in corporate America and been a retail business owner and operator. He was named to “Who’s Who in America’s Junior Colleges.” He has been involved in many civic and church related activities and currently serves on the Artisan Center Theater board of directors.

Bruce says “In all of my business involvement, I have lived by only one rule: Do what is right for the customer. I have never changed that rule. Whatever your mortgage needs, conventional or reverse, purchase or refinance, I will search for the best program to suit your individual situation. My only concern is to do what is right for you.”

Kathy Hise

Kathy has worn several “hats” with PrimeSource Mortgage and NWBO. She is co-owner and has been responsible for the companies’ accounting records. She added the duties of Processor for PrimeSource Mortgage in February of 2009.

Kathy is originally from Knoxville, TN. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in music at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She moved to Texas in 1983 where she met her husband Cary. They have been developing businesses together for the last 25 years.
